There may have been a traumatic event occur in your life, past or recent, that causes many symptoms that take from your daily enjoyment of life.
The question then becomes “What can I do about it?”
Counsling/Therapy can be helpful to you in supporting you in making changes and learning coping skills to deal with your troublesome symptoms.
I provide a supportive, confidential and comfortable environment and work collaboratively with you to begin the healing process.
I work with clients ages 14+ in individual sessions to assist in healing from the pst to create a better future.
